Using this site

By using our website, saving a seat, or eating at the shack, you agree to these terms.

Saving a seat

Seats are held for 15 minutes past your booked time. After that they go to the lineup. We may need to change bookings when the weather turns.

The Foghorn Guarantee

If our kitchen makes you miss your booked sailing, your fries are free. The guarantee covers fries, one order per party, and does not cover fog, cancellations by the ferry, or lingering over pie.

Prices

Menu prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Payment is at the window unless agreed otherwise.

Allergies

Tell us about allergies before you order. We fry seafood from The Herring in the same kitchen, so we cannot promise an allergen-free meal.

Events

Event seats may need a deposit. Last Sailing Sessions may move indoors or be cancelled in bad weather.

Guest conduct

Be kind to the crew, the other guests and the seagulls. We may refuse service to anyone who is not.

Our stuff

The text, photos and branding on this website belong to Ferry Tales and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using our website or services, including missed ferries not caused by our kitchen.
