31 years at sea, then one shack on the ramp

Walt Pelletier cooked in the galley on the Fulford run for 31 years. By his own count that is about 212,000 burgers, and not one of them was eaten sitting still. When he retired in 2011 he bought the old ticket shed at the top of the ramp and kept cooking for the lineup. His whole argument fits on the sign: a burger tastes best when you can see the boat coming.
